does anyone know if the seats from a e36 cab will fit in a e30 cab

With a bit of modification they should be OK, if you check the cars for sale and see the 325i SE listed by E30Adam you will notice it has E36 seats

Bootymans cab has E36 M3 seats fitted. I think it was a bit of a pain cause of the thicker sills on the cab compared to the hard top, but they do fit.
So I would say if the M3 seats fit, any other E36 seat should also fit, with some modification.
