OK, I don't know how to describe this, but the insert for the interior rear quarter trim (the bit that covers the rear speaker in a cabriolet) on mine has 2 broken spring clips that hold it in.
Does anyone know the part number/ whether BMW still sell them?
Cab Rear Interior Panel...

Just been to the stealers and ordered the part (I actually went to pick up the windscreen trim).
40p each. Should be in Saturday.
