this has to be one of the last ones made?
it's on 14"bbs and has an electric sunroof.
it's red [bright].
i've left a deposit and pick it up at the weekend.
no tax mot'd till july.
a very quiet engine.
well i'm in two minds whether to frag it/sell it
or 2.5 it and have another toy?
it's got abs and a tow bar.

Would be right for one of the last made. Why not use it as a track slag?

If its a late model and in good nick why even consider fragging it.

2.5 is the way to go

If its a gooden keep it- you can use the touring part of it for carrying all the bits you steal, sorry I mean frag winkeye or use it as storage whilst fragging one of your fleet of fraggers!! Or even actually keep and enjoy with some upgrades 8)

Quite a few L-plate 316i Tourings round my way. I went to look at one once, over a year ago now, I couldn't believe the state of it though - that one was only good for fragging, and it had a comedy gash through the spare wheel well where it appeared to have seen some green lane action. I left after dipping the stick, finding the level well below minimum and very very dark - 'at least it's the right colour though' said the seller, inexplicably.

i can put it in my m8's garage so i may collect it tomorrow.
it's gone a bit pink in places but nowt a good mop and polish won't sort out.
one rear arch has surface but i checked both inner rears before i knocked the door.
[only me winkeye ].
they have no flakey bits at all :D
i'm not sure how long it'll stay 16i tbh
my IS will be finished soon, well as far as i want to go for now.
i need to fit a few parts stockpiled.

Late tourings seem to rust in different places, scuttles and rear arches are usualy sound but the sill joints and door shuts rust.Main issue with the door shuts is their closeness to the 'B' post seatbelt mount,a difficult repair as well. But a quiet M40 is a rare bonus!

m52 it. Breaking is a waste of time now. You advertise a part and then someone will try and knock you down.. and as for the hassle vs pocket money you get off stuff you'd be better off playing a guitar in the street and not bring the value of the neighbour hood down
Bollocks to this 24v scrap!
