How to?

could someone tell me how to up load my pics on here ,new to this ,so might be being a bit simple

You need to upload them to a picture hosting site, such as www.photobucket.com

Then click the Img button above on the posting toolbar, click it before and after entering the url (website address of particular picture).

You can just copy and paste the IMG link below the picture in photobucket.
