The E30 is gone....

....and I've gone to the dark side...of E36s !

Yep, I sold the 318iS last thursday and have bought myself a beautiful S-Reg 318iS 4dr in Morea Green. Net cost of the upgrade...about 2k.

The E36 is definitely slower on take-off but at speed, it kicks the E30s ass. Smoother ride too, heavier car I suppose has something to do with that. I get 2 extra doors, half-leather sports seats, A/c, ASC and full M3 kit.

So farewell, boys and girls...thanks to all who knowingly (or not) helped me during my E30 ownership years.

E30 lives on in my memories only..and photos.

thats odd how its beating the e30 at high speeds... usually the iS in e30 form is a lot quicker

Upgrade? to an e36? somewould see that as a down grade! :wink: :wink:

A 4-door E36 318iS... must be one of the last special edition ones BMW made... very nice. (if you like that kind of thing... :lol: )

You'll be back though when you've had enough of the 'souless' E36. :wink:
