Follow Mrlee's guide in the articles section, I removed mine by using heat and a sharp blade running it around the sealant, be very careful though and always use adult supervision!!
Clear glass from any E30 lamp will do, best bet is to get a spare set of lamps from somewhere, doesn't matter either if it's bosch or hella.

I think they sell the glass with the reflector, you could get one of these and remove the glass?

I've just bought the inserts from GSF, there Ԛ£26.50 + VAT.
There's this company in the U.S, But the lenses are plastic.

If you find anywhere that sell's just the lenses please let me know as I'm after replacement's for the Fog's, Cheers.

The Bosch and Hella units are a slightly different diameter and have the glass tabs in different locations, but with a bit of mild pursuasion thay can be made to fit, a little creative filing is required!!!

if you look below the top high beam lens is a bosch and the bottom is a hella lens (both on bosch frames) the hella is the bigger diameter lens so if your light units are hella, bosch lenses should be easy to fit!
