Hi, there's an 86 325i Sport AC Schnitzer on ebay that looks like a good buy. I'm assuming this is a sport that's been modified by AC Schnitzer when new? Anyone know what they do to them and how to check if it's genuine? Item number is 280313720363 if you have a look. Cheers, G

that is not a schnitzer car, it's just a pre-facelift 325 with a badge and some wheels, I'm not sure the bits of bodykit are even ACS

Ah well; there you go. Anyone know the Alpina C2 on ebay 110352611656 ? I'm tempted, but not sure about silver. I kind of like those zig zag side stripes on the white ones...

^^ no.....
the vehicle in the pic is a repost im sure of it!
the wheels are legit and it has what appears to be a schnitzer boot spoiler(i can see the lip spoiler under it)... other than that its a rusty 325 ... i dont like those sills either!

There were (according to the bible) just 3 genuine schnitzer E30's issued by Rossiters, one of which was a touring. I'm sure a quick call to them may reveal the number plates and assist in threads like these???
Rossiters may have only done a few full conversions but they must have churned out a good few cars that didn't get the full S2 conversion.
Here's a picture of my old 325ise, the highest specced E30 I've ever had - from the factory it had leather, LSD, Aircon, Sports gearbox etc - everything you'd find on a Sport bar the black headlining and maplights.
It then went to rossiters where it had the full bodykit, decals, steering wheel etc and the full ACS suspension package installed. I never managed to find out if there was anything done to the engine, but the log book stated capacity was 2.5 so I assumed that nothing had been done. I may be wrong though. I scrapped the poor thing due to terminal rust, but I've still got the nice bits lying around awaiting a clean shell...

Anyway, that gives an idea of what a prefacelift Schnitzer E30 should look like.
