After a sump guard, but i seem to remember someone doing some new alloy ones on here??? Or anyone got any ideas where i can get one from at all ?

Here's an original BMW one, BUT it is for an iX, not sure if there is any difference to non-4wd versions.

you want the south african sump guard its solid steel and a lot stronger looking than the one on ebay danthe has one get his to stick a pic of it up

Or you could use Alloy Products on here.

Not sure about a dedicated sump guard bet he does a replacement baffled sump with extra wing (to reduce oil starvation on high g corners) with a reinforced bottom for about £85 IIRC.

Might not be what you're after but if you do a lot of track days worth considering.

I have a len1 sump and the fit is great..... Havent used it in anger yet though....

Custom making one atm from some THICK steel, will get some photo's when its done. I got a sheet on steel from the local metal scrap yard. Looks like it was a milled top for some machine, but the thick bits are 5mm... :D Will take some wearing out for sure. But then, my present sump guard is molded to the bottom of the sump and scraped down country roads, so its needed!
