you would see those lights under the snow.nickso wrote:i reckon its an early sierra. they had that kind of shape on the front bumper. the front is maybe not raked back enough for the lights though.

Doesn't look anything like a Scorpio to me. Granada-scorpio perhaps. Sierra, MK3 cav, or the front looks kinda like a mk1 mundano...? Either way, there's going to be some disappointment for the buyer!
E30 in need of wiring loom smoke since April '11...

its go to be some thing worth around £2500 because they will donate 75% of the winning amount to charity. but buy the look of it i would say its a chavalier gsi (and yes i no one of these is not worth £2500)

Definately not an E30, the back doens't have an E30 shape boot at all. If it was any BMW (which i'm sure its not) it could only be an E36 318i Compact or somthing.
Vectra and Sierra are good ideas...
if it's a Nissan Sunny with a funny front bumper.

it's not going to be a vectra. anyone remember the one interesting thing about the vectra? the ingmirrors that flowed into the bonnet line. as this car has seperate mirrors, it can't be a vectra.
mondeo or nissan primera are my guesses.

Certainly some bland '90s repmobile, that some sucker is going to pay well over the odds for, though for a worthy cause I suppose...

Yeah you are right Harry. My bad, I didn't really look at the mirrors.
How are we ever going to find out what it is come to think of it. Surely the new owner is the only person to know what a steaming pile of turd it is.
