for u guys who have viewed my topic, restoring my a reg e30 316, she mite have to go, the project is nearly complete, and am wondering when she's done if any zoners would want to give she a loving home, its had new wings, quarter repair panels welded in, respray in original colour, original bm boot lip, 15"bbs's, dropped 60mm, bilstein shocks on the rear, new disks and pads, new wishbones, ball joints. full serv ie using bmw oil filter and fuel filter, ngk plugs, SPLITFIRE 7mm silcone proformance ht leads, K&N air filter WITH ONLY 64K ON the clock, german plates and surrounds. black bm badges, straight thru powerflow stainless exhasut manifold back. tech 1 bumpers and skirts. inner arches welded and re-sealed, arches rolled. tech 1 leather steering wheel, sport interior with leg extensions, black carpet, m tech pedals and leather m gaitors. MOT, and load loads more. what is she worth help me out please

About £700 - £900 is realistic, though I suspect disappointing. It'll be worth most to those who appreciate the work that's gone into it, rather than those that see it as a half-finished, tatty old 316. On the other hand, to the right person, a chromie in near standard state, with all the work that's been done, with the tech-1 and sports stuff, that makes it worth having.

but its not half finished now its done like, well just waiting on one part to put the leg back in

Oh right. That'll be my cynical interpretation of "nearly finished"

Could be looking at a bit more than £700 then. Perhaps £1000 wouldn't be too optimistic.

Agreed. If you're in no big hurry to sell, and it looks clean and sparkly, with MOT and tax, I can see someone offering £1200 or more. Why are you selling though?

ye she got 12months mot on her now, i am scared tht i will regret selling it, might keep it now, depends how things go do need to get some use out of it. i want to flog it, then when i see it, i have big idea's again its one of them like!!

Dont sell. Drive, enjoy. If you've done so much work to an E30 and you recon it will live a long time, then enjoy it.
