seemingly ive pissed someone off lately as when i woke up this morning the car has been keyed from wing to rear quater. it sits just below the swage line but also breaches it so a blow in on the lower half of the car is out of the question!
the main problem i have is the cars red so a paint match will be a right bashtid to do.
havent even tried to get it mopped as its deep enough to put my fingernail tip in.

what would you do?
apart from explode with anger as theres nowhere to point it. :x

With out see some pic's I can't say, Has it goen right through, you could wet sand it to get rid or at least make it better?

My Henner has matched up not too bad, you should be able to get it mached to the car rarther than how the paint would have been. Fecking toss pot's I had my 316 Dun,

but you'll lose no claims. I'm afraid it goes with the territory of owning a sport. My old sport was keyed across the bonnet.

Buster had nitromors poured over his roof, bonnet and bumper for no reason

im 19 so cant really afford to piss about with insurance.
the colours brilliant red and it hasnt gone through to metal! which is the only good thing i suppose. the cars had a full respray about 4 years ago so isnt too faded but i know how bad red and yellow cars are.

It won't be that bad - the chap who does my paint matches Brilliant / Zinnober etc. v. well despite the age of the paint.

This is obviously before you saw the light and got involved with E30s Chris :)

O/P - Get some quotes and some expert advice would be the best way to start.

Ban yourself immediately.

I was an air-cooled martyr myself, but I do look after a 996 C4 for a chap, which is a very nice thing indeed.

Oh, the paintwork 'll be fine, btw, you could try filling and nibbing it back, but like I say a decent match shouldn't be too hard :D

na, im a paintwork technition key scratches are minor for a proper job they should paint the side out for you, and if its been sprayed 4 years back shouldnt be to bad, do u know if it was done in to-pack or base and clear, if the later, should never fade n e way despitethe colour winkeye

no not always the case, straight colours like red, white yellow blue black, can be done in to-pack witch is a direct gloss finish to coats and it shines, where u can do straight colours in basecoat and laquer i find u get a better shine with no fading, i always do my straight clours in base a little more work but worth it

not all the time you can get base coat straight colours that need laquer to make it shine
