I loved my old 325 4 door, with it's chrome bumpers, but i hardly see any chrome anymore.......

seems to be a few chrome bumpers left on the zone but i rarely see any on the roads anymore round here, plenty of later e30s tho.

i'm restoring one at the mo and getting it it ready for a 3.5 conversion its saturn blue if anyones got any decent panels some f****er keyed it before i got it in the garage. i just stripped the front bumper down to renew the plastic bits ,christ bmw built things to last!!

I have metal bumpers, but they are painted with the m-tech 1 kit...so not chrome

I too like the chome but it had poor waf(wife acceptance factor). She said she prefered the modern look of the plastic bumpered e30.
Having just about got her to agree to buying a 13 yr old car. She was adamant that she would not agree to a chrome bumpered one.

Mine is a 1987 2 door 320i, has chrome bumbers, door surrounds etc. Nice!
