Are 325 clutches heavier than 320 clutches or should they be the same...

its just e30-320i's (Celv's) clutch is alot easier on the leg than mine, could I have not bled it completely???

its down the the age of the clutch cylinders(slave and master). as they get old they tend to make the clutch feel heavier.

Also, as diaphragm clutches wear out they become heavier.

My 320i clutch was a little lighter on the pedal than the new 325i clutch that's on the 2.7.

The 325i has a slightly stronger spring for greater clamping force.

So its not possible it could do with re-bleeding.. if it wasn't bled probably would it still work??

if the clutch pedal seems to work the same all the time, then its most likely down to the stiffer 325 springs

I've got a whole new clutch hydraulic system now and it's still really heavy, I get stuck in 20mins of traffic every morning and my left leg is starting to cramp on the way

(so what you're really saying is Celvins is limp and you have a stiff one :gay: :gay: :gay:)
