Sicne I pulled off the engine for the stroekr conversion, I'm approaching to fix the twsited front end of myc ar.

I bought the car with out, or at elast the first 3 or 4 months didn't notice it.

I think got worst with the pass of the years and thanks to the fully hole sin my roads and stiff suspension ended like this.

The car doesn't look like it had in the pass a strong crash or front collison other than just a simple crash in the low section where you see is all messed up. But hte chasis "arms" are fine and no signs of been repaired before.

See how twisted it is!

Note that the EYE of the base of the traction bed, doesn't align up with the little hole where the bumper tight in the arm chasis.

I would say the right front end is too high

You see the chain? well, we pull that chain with a peneumatic pump until the messures are stright. It has it's own messure sin the book. You can see the messure tape along all the arms and base of the traction bed.

so you literally just pull the car using force back into shape?

what other sort of dents and twists in cars can a rig like that straighten out? really curious about this.

I paid BIG money to get a corolla GT straightened on a jig about 12 years ago. I wish i hadn't bothered, it just never felt 'right' afterwards. Hopefully globaljig will do it for you!

It was an '86 16v twin cam hatch - a rocket!

The jig work pus door and wing respray cost about a grand as far as i remember. This was 13 or so years ago! I couldn't get on with it after it was 'straightened' so i swapped it for an XR3i

As you can see in these pics, the needle doesn't align up with the bolt in the fender. Right now it's already aligned :D
