my 89 325ic won't start. I checked for gas and the car is not getting any gas. I changed the relay both the main and the fuel pump relay and still no gas to the engine. I also changed out the #11 fuse as well. The only thing I remember doing was I removed the instrument cluster and install instrument rings.

Do I need to reset the computer? If so, HOW? The car was running find? Any suggestions?

Thanks

The instrument cluster won't effect it anyway.

Try and work it with just a live and an earth. Then if it does you know there's a problem with the wiring.

Remove the fuel pump relay and bridge pins 87 and 30 together.
This should operate the pump,if it doesnt then you know the problem is associated with the pump itself.
Worth noting that ive come across quite a few where the 2 pin plug that goes to the pump gets a poor connection on the pins so worth checking that.
