DONT KNOW IF THIS IS THE RIGHT SECTION TO PUT THIS ON BUT HERE IT GOES ANYWAY IN LOOKING FOR A GOOD ALARM FOR MY CAB AS THE CURRENT ONES PLAYING UP CAN ANYONE RECCOMMEND ONE AS IM STUCK BETWEEN A CLIFFORD OR TOAD. BUT AT THE SAME TIME IVE HEARD OF ALARMS THAT COME WITH PAGERS AS WELL

CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

toad do very good alarms, not sure about the pager, its prob an optional extra, best thing to do is contact toad and find your local dealer.

BTW Writing in caps means your shouting.... :lol:

is the Toad one better than the Clifford ??
what i want is for it to do the windows and central loccking plus not to keep going off when youve got the hood down

Yes i would say toad are better, clifford is more of a gimmicy alarm it does lots of thinngs you wont need it to, then you get the takky carbon look a like remote yuk!!!

Toad are good alarms and do what the need to, yes you can have window closure & Linked to your central locking, And they will be able to supply you with an alarm thats sutible to convertable cars

I have a Selca alarm in mine .... linked to window closure device and I have a microwave sensor .... better suited to a convertible .
Has a one second delay after sensing movement .. rechecks movement and then goes off .... so it doesn't go off all the time .

Seems pretty good but then any alarm can be bypassed

been looking for the Toad alarms on the net and there are quite a few different ones available can anyone recommend one for a cab.

Just that i dont know much about alarms

Was looking on e-bay yesterday at Toad alarms.

Think the Ai606 would do what you want. Think it's a CAT 1 too :)
