My last e30 had chrome arches and check this....

I bought the car off a mate who had rescued it from his mate who was away at the request of Her majesty....he was doing 3 yrs for possesion and intent to supply lots of things!!

I got stopped 7 times in three weeks, once by 3 cop cars at the same time.....well I did try and avoid it cos I knew what was gonna happen, managed to avoid the first two, but third went the right way!!

They were a bit shocked when I got out as they thought i was him, a quick "harrasment" threat and the records were updated....

Just found it soo funny how you were all so right.....impressive

i know this cos my jag had chrome wheel arches and evertyine i stopped at a set of lights they'd come out the bushes looking for a fix
