after reading you thread from last week,
the plugs are wet from fuel,
and they spark out of the engine.
try putting a new set of plugs in, sometimes when the plugs start to fail they won't fire under compression.
let us know

If you're getting fuel and getting sparks, then it's not the engine relays.
If an engine is getting fuel into the cylinders, and has firing sparkplugs, then it should do something when it turns over, even if it's only backfire.
The exceptions to this, are, something seriously wrong mechanically with the engine resulting in no compression, timing being almost 180 degrees out, so that spark only occurs when inlet or exhaust valves are open, or a mixture so rich that the plugs can't ignite it.
