tyre size, 225 will they fit on back.. lowered qprx 40mm...

check the offset on your wheels before shelling out... i get rear scrubbing with ET20 wheels (alpina reps) and 225/45/17's, lowered 40mm ish (guess). i reckon something around ET25 to ET30 would clear with no problems.

i have 225/45 16 on mine as well and no rubbing
not sure how low mine is but i got 40mm springs from a saloon on a touring so its lower

TOURINGDADDY, pics made loadsa sense, i got 50 profile ballons on at the mo' but fill the arches nice and didn't want to loose that.. no hard feelings bout the 'sex' confusion!

well mr longhauldrivingfather , my bmw 3 series shape, known as the early E30 has what one would know as a 2.5pint engine

t i may add, ..rethinkin now an egg carton would of gone on with less hassle ,
