I had a crazy idea the other day of a space framed E30 touring with a blown nitro-methane powered V8 in the back :D
Not in E30s any more :(

Yeah, but Dippy's is a rover lump. I'd go 383 chev. Heaps of torque. Or the later ones, but I still think they're single cam. Might just stick to what I've got!

Rover V8 my choice- loads lighter than a small block yank and easy to sellotape a Landrover bottom end onto to increase capacity :D fancied dropping one into my old Mk2 Golf a few years back but I'm a mechanical retard so scrapped the plan! :D

Here's one with a big block Olds in it (if i recall correctly, but i maybe wrong). Plus i think that a girl drives it. 8.40's @164 in the 1/4

fair play to the bloke for fitting the chevy v8 but the yank stuff doesent do anything for me, now the v12 :drool: what sort of power does it put out dips?? just found out 350bhp.... yeeeeeer boooooooooooi!!!!!!!!!

i love the yank stuff i think if the petrol prices wasnt so high i would have drove home from billing in a camaro last weekend :?
