I've just come back from dropping the Rieger off at the bodyshop for the respray. It's was a strange feeling leaving it there for a full re-spray because of a cracked front bumper, but i guess it has to be done. I'm a bit worried about the interior though because it's staying in during the work as it's just too much hard work to take it all out and re-fit it again. Besiades the insurance wont pay for it. I told the bodyshop that i will expect them to pay for any overspray cause they are charging Ԛ£3k just for the labour, so i expect a top notch job. We'll see in a couple of weeks.

Bootyman - whilst some of what is done to your car is not to my personal taste, I have to say your car really is the daddy!
If the bodyshop make a mess, then I guess the zone would hear about it and stay away eh

They should do a good job cause they painted her originally and it was done in a spray booth, so i had to leave it standing to dry out natrually for 3 months, but they have an oven now. The new guy thats meant to be spraying her now is meant to be one of the best in the business, so i'm expecting high standards from them. Shame i can't change the colour. It seems such a waste to spend Ԛ£5k doing the same colour again, but again it wll be troo much work with the shuts and engine bay, plus the interior will defo have to come out then
