Although not an E30, it's the same reasons I paid over £5k for a S1 Rs Turbo. I paid that much because I wanted a good one, I've always liked them and had spent ages looking for one. Yes it's extremely antiquated, it spends the majority of it's time self-distructing, but I wouldn't have it any other way.harry_p wrote:i bought an e30 m3 because i WANTED an e30 m3. im not stupid, i just like them and dont like the later ones.
who cares that its not the last word in performance or refinement, i dont like it because it's a bmw, i like it because its an e30 m3.

Interesting argument.E30_BO1 wrote: ...when people pay >£3K for a car thats 20 years old

Well if you are aware that there is 500+ for sale ask mummy for some bus fare and go and find one for yourself, hardly think people on here are going to go looking for you!E30_BO1 wrote:Just seems a little overinflated, where theres no apparent market although at least 500+ E30's on autotrader / pistonheads. Also for the genuine mint ones they cost silly money IMHO. Anyway, anyone found one for me yet?

Oh yeah
You kind of answered your own question. You like E30's and want to buy one but didnt realise that other people also like them. If no one wanted them then people could not sell them and the prices would drop. So by wanting an E30 your helping keep the price up, think about it.E30_BO1 wrote:Just seems a little overinflated, where theres no apparent market although at least 500+ E30's on autotrader / pistonheads. I've just spent the best part of 20mins reading through this thread and tbh, E30 BO1 or whatever your f u c k i n name is it's a little late to be saying that you've found love for the e30 after starting this stupiness of a thread. You don't really have any love for the e30, so I seriously suggest you f u c k o f f like Dan said you pr1ck. People like you just mess with sh1t you don't know about and you obviously know fcuk all about E30's......I have a car for you along with my size 9 toe'tectors, that's ready to be planted up your jacksie...if your interested come see meE30_BO1 wrote:Have just driven an 318 and WOW I got e30 luv all over again.
