The main thing was that you got Dan to check it out prior to handing over the readies as Dan is the authourity on these kind of conversions. As I'm sure you have gathered, body condition is paramount with E30's and most cars tbh as its what costs the most to sort so it's good to hear that it's in fine fettle. The exhaust cut out is very easy to sort in relation to other bodywork repairs.

Nice to see someone buying a Car because they actually like it and not with future ££££ signs in their eyes.Muzz2676 wrote:All will be rectified in time.
I need to have a run through with Dan on pm about what needs doing now, then I'll go and see Barry as he's closest and then as said winter 2015 it'll be going to have a new conversion done.
I'm still happy enough and as long as it doesn't kill me or leave me stranded somewhere then alls okay. I'm seeing this as the starting point of something, not the end point.
This car is now with me for the long term and everything doesn't have to be done now. The car is in immaculate condition and that to me is the main point.
Yes I probably did pay over the top but it's not the end of the world, I'm not selling it so I'm not going to realise a profit or loss
