Alex - Your mate WILL NOT be insured on the impreza. You have to be 21, insured fully comprehensive on an "adults" insurance, and drive a car that is insured FC on adults insurace. Young driver policies cannot have that benefit. I've been looking into my insurance and even though I'm 21, I dont actually have a proper policy on my E30. Still considered as a young driver and can have that policy untill i'm 25.
