Having sat in Ziggys cab at full chat I don't think the cab shell is too weak or rattly for a more powerfull engine at all, and besides looks like some interesting options for more shell rigidity just popped up in another thread.

I still fancy keeping my 2.7 for the cab, knowing that whilst I won't be throwing it around corners all the time, that power is there for if and when I want it.
Incidentally, when I drove the Touring up through France at a constant 85 mph on the toll roads, it returned 31 mpg over 2 tankfuls of juice. Don't think a 320 will better that.
