I can't talk really, been talking to one Cousin in British Columbia, Canada, another in Seskatchewan, Canada and my mum in New Orleans, all on msn. Though that has a purpose. Poking and crap is nerdy geek toss.

agreed. but its been really good too hear from old freinds who i have lost touch with and find out what they are doing. what they are driving and amuse myself when im at work and cant go "to the pub" or "out to see my freinds"

I suppose these sites do have their virtues, as some of you have said above, but two of my kids waste most of my monthly download limit chatting on line to people they are going to see in person the next day!

It always makes me wonder why people get in touch with lost contacts. Surely if they were important, you'd have their phone numbers?

ah im sure you know what its like... i work six days a week and have a very demanding girlfreind. and what with people changing mobile phone numbers often every year or more its easy too lose contact...

on facebook (sad i know) there is a thing where u put you car on so your freinds can see it and you can browse and take the **** out of your mates cars.... but i just found out there are 2 e30s in the top twenty most popular cars on the whole server! an M3 and a 318is

haha, that's brilliant. Just had a long debate with a friend last night that reckons his new Celica is alot cooler than an E30 which is a "17 year old car" he keeps adding

Face-book, bebo are handy for keeping in touch altight, but it still takes ages to get the time to be searching through profiles and all that.

Annoying too where in Colleges and stuff if you do have some free time to get in touch, you have to work around internet filters etc to get on these sites
