When it's off you can't really, unles you have the vin or reg number of the car, OR if you are willing to crack the back cover open and take a look inside.

I think Ԛ£300 is too steep mate, they have been doing Ԛ£150-200 on ebay, so unless his are still wrapped in BMW shrink wrap it's a wee bit to much. I'd be willing to swap, but i don't want to go from sport to comfort leather, cos I'm a snob!

Do you just wander into the BMW dealer and ask at the service counter then?? What else does it tell you?

Yep you just wander in, I try to either look as scruffy as possiblepreferably with oily hands (they hate that) or look as smart as possible, go up to the parts counter and ask the guyt to check a reg number for you.
