Why have you used the top part of a playstation instead of just buying some plastic sheeting? Looks lashed in at best and weird with the DVD logo's on the top left being upside down :?

It's what I had to hand at the time; we don't exactly have Art and Craft shops over here :D

It IS lashed in and ropey-locking, but I put function over form. Once everything's working (full realtime oil temp and pressure, fuel flow and tank level, inside and outside temps, tacho and speed) then I'll take the time to make it look more pro. But Neil Buchanan I ain't :)

Iv got a ghetto as fuck custom mod....3 cable ties looped over the steering rack...through the slot in the over pedal panel and a wheel bolt positioned side ways holding it up

As for the holes at the top for the clips? Cable ties handle that nicely too

M20 block with Coil-on-Plug ignition and M50 intake manifold (presumably for MAF and progressiveTPSensor, not switch) plus M5x injector rail and carpet-mounted ICV 8O

If you get that baby up and running, I'll do the Wiki write-up immediately!

Sorry but that M54 manifold just looks wrong, looks like its on the engine mount its that low! The hard work will be getting a decent intake and filter in there I expect

The engine is mounted vertical rather than on the cant there boss, seeing an m20 vertical does make it a bit odd.

Its quite a way off the mount and is still just something i am toying with atm, I think the bigger issues atm will be the clash with the thermostat housing/mounting flange and i need to get a starter motor lined up to check i still have room.
Soooooo many fitment issues but i want to run with it as it has real practical benefits, The DISA looks so simple but actually achieves its aim. Pretty much creates 2 long manifold 3 pots at low speed and 1 short manifold 6 pot at high speed.
Maths says its no restriction at peak and is worth 8lb/ft at peak torque.
The runners are perfect for the port sizes the m20 head want as well.

Still i will post more once i get proper time on it, however if it doesn't work then i will just have to make something from scratch i guess.
