I have to recommend J Cooper Car trimmers in Welling Kent ( just type into Google for address / phone ) they replaced the badly damaged bolsters on my E 46 alcantara Sports seats and it was a beautiful Job with a factory look. Whilst there I saw full leathers being done and they looked superb. From my experience they were helpfull, friendly and totally professional. V good price as well. PS I have no connection with anyone at this Co but feel with so many bodgers around we should pass any good contacts on and help the good guys.

The guys you mention and who I'd use for all trimming and conolising are

expensive but the workmanship is excellent

I have never seen a really bad job from B trim unlike the above crowd ! :(

The similarity between this rear seat and the nose cone of my Downs spec black 635 is uncanny ! :(

I have spoken with the Trimmer and viewed her work, and am quite impressed. She has just retrimmed a DB4 GT (A full resto that my uncle has just completed for a customer...more money then sense) and a couple of split screen campers with bespoke interiors.

The price is not a huge amount more than a top notch second hand set, if I supply the leather and strip the seats myself, but has the advantage of being new and unmarked.

Your right they don't, however as my uncle has used her a number of times before she is willing to make and fit the new covers a bit cheaper if I do the donkey work!

I'm sure there will be much swearing, weeping, nashing of teeth and ample threats dished out to the seats on my behalf if I have it done!

Not worth the hassle for a few hundred quid or whatever the saving.

Leave it to them IMO.
