I have also worked for several companies in my 18 years in insurance im currently a Claims Adjuster for Xchanging, my dad worked as a motor claims manager for 23 years and my brother who has dealt with insurance for 20 years is currently with a large reinsurance underwriter.

I kind of know my way round the business

The people I have spoken to had no idea what the Lloyds Introductory Test was even when I showed them my Lloyds pass and explained about Lloyds Of London. Certainly non were aware of the ACII

Umm,

I've been with elephant for the last couple of years, renewal due in February...

I've never been put through to a Indian Call centre, always spoken a 'English' human.

They are cheap! but i hope never to claim..................
