Ollie hits it right, voiced by many before. It's all part of the drama as cars steer from wagon to classic. New parts are difficult to justify sometimes. re fragging a e30 for parts you could always buy them new and keep good e30s alive?
I drove around in a 4door facelift for a month while ferrying bits across the UK. It will sell for pennies but will frag for a few hundred. Alpina, Sport, 318IS and pre-facelift is where it's at.
