A car that has done 500 miles in its first three years and one day of ownership, has been sat in a heated, dehumidified garage and been serviced annually at the dealers, but has not had its first MoT yet is unroadworthy?!
However a 250000 mile rotter that scraped its sorry arse through an MoT thanks to £1000 worth of welding 364 days and 55000 miles ago, and hasn't seen a spanner since, is roadworthy?
