cheers guys, the material is black nu-suede from Dunelms, its quite fine compared to alcantara so much easier to shape. I got 3 metres which was more than enough and it cost £36 which is quite good as its realy good quality. I used spray glue and and iron to shape it all.
The sunroof panel is just a sheet of the material stuck over a vinyl panel which was with the new sunroof panel i put in. I just trimmed it to fit and stuck the excess material down and at the back using the iron again to squash the corners down,it opens/shuts fine aswell!
I left some excess material in the sunroof area on the main liner so it could be trimmed and tucked under the bars in the sunroof that held the original liner, this is hard to get right
Overall was a fairly easy job which took around 7 hours start to finish.
