That would look like mine then, SE skirts and IS spoiler but with Hartge wheels and stripes

thanks Barry, your advise is as ever is invaluble.

Can you still get kits and stencils from BMW?

I know I can get a Tech II steering wheel from the dealer

Hi

No probs mine came with SE skirts and an IS spoler so its not like I have put them on myself. I have spected at sport interior, well worth it.

I do have a full Hartge bodykit, for the next E30 though

Fvck me you are nearly 40? from your pic I thought you were early twenties lol!

I've admired your car in your sig for quite some time, I've always wanted a silver 325i Touring as there is something about that colour that makes e30s super clean looking.

Your car looks super nice and thats quite something when a car is standard, I think it'd look excellent with a tech 2 kit but then I also really like Cotty's Touring so if it were mine I think I'd either keep it subtle and just go for an IS lip spoiler and do the suspension or I'd consider an Alpina front spoiler with 16" Alpinas.
You have an idea of what you'd like so do it if thats what you really want, but if you're not sure then take some time and weigh up your options. The tech 2 kit will be expensive and time consuming to sort out so the cheapest would be drop it slighty and I.S spoiler.

Interior plans sound good though.

BMW fitting instructions state that the holes should be treated with a zinc rich paint.

I have a BMW CD which has the fitting instructions for just about every accessory ever made for the E30, including all the mtech kit for every model.

I wouldn't bother with a kit or se sideskirts, a really mint sport interior would be a nice addition though.

graeme. You can have those SE skirts for a score. I'd leave them black, is front lip and then spend money on sport leather interior (black or grey) and MTech Suspension using the springs from Barry.

I think the tech 2 kit looks "too" much on the touring. Look at Si's PYF thread at how nice PYF looked. That car was a lot lower but it always looked like a right mean b4stard!

i'd go black over grey for the contrast with the paintwork, you've more chance of finding a good black leather interior too

Great choice,
sticking lot of plastic M'tech bits on a tourer does look crap, SE skirts and an IS lip will work great 8)

+1 for black Leather :D

I now own this car so I'm trying to find out if the springs ever got fitted - Barry, did you ever give these to GC318?

none of the other stuff was ever done, but the car does look a tad lower than I'd expect. although still handles like a boat so I'm guessing not.

The answer is no. The car got sold before Graham did any of the work IIRC.
