The 325i has gone quite a bit faster (a passenger timed me at 9:13, with roadworks), but video wasn't working last year

That's a good time for the 320i? What tyres, suspension and brakes were you using?handpaper wrote:9:24 in the old 320i, mid 2007. The last lap of a long and awesome Sunday.

What's wrong with the kart track at St Brelade'sross_jsy wrote:go on one of the track days in france organised by the local guys? info on it on CICS.Nay wrote: You live in the mainland right? Go to one, you can! Living in jersey means we have to ferry over to the UK with our car, or book one of those track day things where you get given cars. We need a track in jersey so badly. There is one place left in the island that is ok to make one, but it wont happen....
We have hill climbs, rallys, sprints/drags, motorcross and trails, but no track and so many fast cars!
should be doing the march one at loheac, would offer you a seat in my car, but its only got 2 and my passanger seat is booked ten times over

Toyo R888 205/50-15 tyres, FK automotive 40mm drop kit (£150 on eBay) and Ferodo DS2500 front pads (standard rear shoes).
Also had a single-box stainless exhaust, 325 throttle body with matched inlet manifold and 'Digi-Technik' chip.
Full interior including boot lining and spare wheel as the trip was a family holiday!
Learnt my lesson when timing a lap at the Ring. Crashed at Hatzenbach, and bent the beam tube on the 205.
My recent trip in August in the 205 was timed by a friend, but from the ticket gate to the back of the queue with a light passenger, 10mins10sec with yellow flag from Brunnchen to the start of Pflantzgarten (sp?).
205 is quite modified but still has road tyres.
