i dont think there is such a thing as cheap bike tyres for a bike not that ive seen,, but as you say when you have only got 2 of them and they last about 4,000 miles it gets expensive

16" 7J & 8J Alpinas with Goodyear F1's on my sport, and 15" BBS X-spokes with very suspect rubber on my track car (better for sideways action though!).
I agree with the endorsements of the F1's - also got them on my 3.8 M5, and you can use full throttle in 2nd in the wet without losing traction
My old Bridgestone S02's were even better, but sadly no longer available
Cheers,
Bryn.

with 205/55/R15 2x Uniroyal on the front and Avon's on the back!
Not really into tyres.. so expect they are rubbish! but then I dont go hooning about in the wet so they do for me.

Yeah! Astounding grip from those Toyos, Understeer from your 2.7! Outragous! It sold me to the brand totally, maybe you should ask Toyo to endorse youKaran wrote:was that in my car wil???6potWil6pot wrote:Maybe u shoud have shown me what F1s can do in the wet!![]()

205/55 R 15 on crosspokes
Used to use Pirelli P-Zeros until they dropped them in that size.
Then went to Bridgestone Potenza S-02s, which were brilliant!
These were replaced with the S-03s, which are a letdown compared to the S-02's -- twice
the road noise with slightly more tempermental performance.
Now am going to Goodyear Eagle F1s . . .

BBS 15" WITH Ԛ£22.00 RUBBER { BEAT THAT }
Is that fitted?
I think I have the worse tyres ever on the rear. They were Ԛ£48 (cash!) for the pair fitted..... size 195/60r14 on the bottlecaps! Pretty shocking really , but rather good fun in getting the tail out. Soon they will be dissapering though...

TSW Stealths 7.5 x 16 with Bridgestone S03s 225/45 all round. They're not bad but I doubt I'll use them again. Probably go for Toyos or Goodyears.
