I aspire to a certain level of councilness. I currently have a drivers seat from an e30 in my unfinished mud laden garden. I also "fix" my car outside my house on the road. My neighbours hate me! Does this count? Unfortunately I paid for my house though, which is obviously going to strip some chav points from my ranking.
