Also noticed I had a stud snapped off in the head as well which must have been done by a previous owner. Didnt realise when I was taking it off as I stopped half way through removing them the first time then just assumed I had taken that one out all ready. Bit gutted but ahh well. :?

Seems to be that others are fitting, just my crap batch one.
Nope i had the same problem fella

you need a slim nut and some washers, cut the washers in half and place them on the opposite side of where the weld is stopping the nut from tightening up square against the flange some magic jiggling and twisting and bobs your uncle. another bit of advise is get every nut started before you start winding them up, i got the tricky nut done nicely then when i came to do the last nut i found i couldn't get it on and had to pull it all off to get the last nut on so get them all started before you clamp em up :thumb:

All these cheaper 6 branches do is hamper the prices of the decent oldskool 6 branches that actually will help your power output. The old ones fit too.

I remember before hot tuning a 6 branch manifold for RHD was a hardish item to obtain. Not now the market has been flooded by this crap.
