320i - Brake pad warning light flickering on - probably just a poor connection or so I thought.
Nope - both pads and dics need changing and just for fun the allen key on the OSF decided to round off. Deep joy
After a few minutes drilling and chiselling the disc and allen key came off
Picking up new parts from GSF tomorrow
So while playing with the brakes, I also freed off rear shoe adjusters.
Total count then two E30s - neither with brakes currently - as the 323i brakes have just come back from re-passivating and awaiting refitting.

Finally got round to replacing the MLS head gasket, all torqued up with cams in and timed up. all new gaskets, new thermostat and exhaust studs and bolts. ready for next free weekend to put all the inlet side back on.
Still need to get the new 4 pot wms brakes on that I've had sitting in the boot for the last 6 months. get the RS's cleaned up and put on the car ready for summer.
Sort out the little ding on the rear, remove the LPG kit and put up for sale. Many more things, get a better paying job, find the ITBs I bought ages ago and figure out how to instal them, tidy up the bodged wiring under the dash. make a plenuem for the ITBs.
And get some tax next week.

Fitted a new coolant level sensor
Cleaned out the boot, washed the carpets and then fitted a new boot gas strut, which does not F*&$ing work!

Keep the LPG and there won't be quite the requirement for the better paying job. Far superior fuel for any spark ignition engine than petrol.fender182 wrote: remove the LPG kit and put up for sale. Many more things, get a better paying job,

These arrived today... Need to swap the heated seat elements over, clean and refurb and swap over. The old 2 door interior will then be up for sale...

The seat stitching is perfect and every thing works. Just need to get the kit from the Furniture Clinic guys and start the work..

I'll show you these once they're finished.
