That'd be dog slow and completely dull to drive, don't do it. My e36 318is is pretty 'F' slow so that'd be proper poor. The e36s are much heavier cars than the e30!

Bad times, but as said by many, at least you are in one bit. And don't let the insurers take your car away, it's your strongest bargaining chip and they will offer you four fifths of fack all for it in the first instance, not to mention including transportation and storage costs in the claim, which hardly helps you out. And make sure you get all your morsels off it.

It is a nightmare though, someone busts your pride and joy, you get a fright and a bang on the bonce into the bargain, and then you have to deal with the insurance wrangling and all the rest of it. Feel for you buddy.

Ollie, as has been said, dont let anybody take the car, from the moment it is collected they will be totting up charges, you will then have to pay recovery charges, storage fee's admin fee's etc, basically anything they can charge you for they will. If it does get removed you will have to pay all this if you want your parts back.

If you need to get it home ive got no problem helping mark get it roadworthy and driving it over to you. Just give me a shout if you need any help 8)

Just seen this, absolutely gutted for you mate. By far and away one of the straightest. most original and nicest cars on the zone but I know you will come back to the E30 and build one just as nice, if not better.

All the best mate.

18 with an acident and claim against his name , the insurance will rape and pillage his wallet , bank account and piggy bank to insure a 6 pot. He'll have to wait untill he is 21+ before he can take out classic insurance.
