1st one has not warning lights and a working rev counter

The 2nd vid has a transplanted lexus V8 engine. Hence none of the warning lights working. or rather.. on but they don't mean anything.
The 1st one, the rev counter works, but it's off by quite alot. Did you see it point due south??
