there a few trimmers in the UK who could do this work for you
the one i have used spends most of his time working on bentleys/rollers and other prestige cars with a few US imports, how ever he recently completed a 635csi highline for a customer, including the dash to a very high standard, but he did have a template to work with for that.
his work comes at a price though.
