I know I'm sad but I LOVE the noise my car makes now with no afm and the ITG filter! So much so Ive had to share it with you lot.

Obviously it sounds alot better in the metal but hey.....

They sound and go in a raw way once the megasquirt is fitted don't they? Or was it VEMS you went for? Good choice whatever and it was good to meet you the other month.

Megasquirt- courtesy of Ant. It sounds so much better than I remember and after 5500 rpm it has picked up an evil bark! - which sounds sweet!

Toby I'm sure it was good to meet you too- My memory is like a siv! Where did I meet you? I, for the life of me, cant put your car to a face at all

Spot on. Throttle response is great! Pulls much better- especially at low revs. Overall a far nicer drive.

Im going to the rolling road day on sat so I'll see what she puts out. :D

Can't wait mate, the results will be interesting. Do you have a RR graph from before?

Yes I have a few :D Although its now running with a standard cyl head and cam so top end power will be well down on last time probably. No use in comparisons really- different RRoads etc etc. People will dispute it and pull it apart no matter what it says

When I fit the ITBs I'll get it properly remapped on a RR- I'm not expecting anything special on saturday.

would still be nice to see though, i am more interested in the shape of the graphs rather than the peak power etc... Id like to see a N/A graph for a MS equipped car. Just for comparison purposes against the shapes of other graphs.

I've got a really old graph of when I had the 2.7 conversion done (just increased stroke and a remap). This is probably the best graph for comparison as the engine is pretty much the same as it was then now.

No you cant. Not just like that. You need another way of measuring the airflow- which can be done with standalone engine management such as Megasquirt of with a MAF conversion
