Nice tidy looking car :) Not to keen on the USA bumpers though!

welcome to the zone, your English will probably be better than some of the English people who post on here (miself possebley encluded?)

nice car, i beleive the engine is the ETA engine as used by our American cousins, it is basically a 2.5 with a longer stroke, if you change the cam, throttle body (i think) and change the ECU chip for a zone one they will make close to 180-200hp as opposed to the standard 140ish, these engines were designed to be more tourquey and more fuel efficient and thus they were a bigger capacity but detuned.

you can also change the bumpers from the American ones you have on (installed to adhere to their rules of a non-deforming bumper in a 5mph crash) you should find plenty of older mark 1 (or prefacelift as we call them) cars about, simply remove the US bumpers and fit the european ones (alternatively you drill a hole in the bumper shock absorber struts, and drive slowly into a wall, this pushes the bumper into the recess and as you drilled a hole in the shock absorbers the oil and air comes out and the bumper stays in place)

very rare to find these cars without rust these days....

enjoy the car and the zone

(as for the mustang i would personally hide it away so it cannot be seen, a fate reserved for all American made cars winkeye )

AFAIK, the ETA has a different head with narrow ports and only 4 camshaft bearings (which makes it too weak to rev high), so you'd need a 325i head to raise the power output significantly.

Speedtouch, yes i know that modification, i´m a menber of the forum e30.pt and in that web they told me some things that i can do to change the power of the car. Now i´m gonna keep it originally, and maybe someday i change something.
The bbs that i´m trying to buy are those:

Personally I think silver would compliment the car, where as gold would detract from the car itself. Just my opinion of course :D
