Anybody have any experience of this company?
I'm struggling with their "customer service" at the moment - parts allegedly sent last Wednesday, still not arrived, won't respond to E-Mails etc.
Maybe there is still a post strike in London....

I've used them several times, and never had any problems with delivery. Part usually arrive next day.

Mail order companies need to be given a chance. They are at the peril of courriers and the postal system.
Most of the time you'll find medium sized businesses like C3 don't always have time to answer emails so it's best to talk to them on the phone.
C3BMW have one of the best reputations as BMW parts specialists and are a known quantity. I'm sure they have sent out the goods but these things do go walkies while in transit.

I've never mail ordered, I have bought a couple things from them over the years though. Easy to get a bus from my house to their shop when the cars in pieces

I can also say that Kirby is a top bloke as i have bought items from him in the past.
I have had the same problem with the postal strike effecting my parts company. Some items have taken 3 weeks, due to the backlog.
We are all at the mercy of the postal service that makes millions a year in profits £500m in 2005 and there prices have gone up as well.

Only ever had one problem of a bent head gasket through the post with C3 but otherwise very good service!

A second parcel was sent, should have had a signature, but I found it lobbed over the back gate!! Bloody Royal Mail....
The first parcel never turned up.
Simon at C3 sent the second package without knowing what happened to package1, so gotta give him and C3 credit where it is due.
As for posties. Make your own minds up.
