Welding is out of the question as those studs are moulded into the plastic, all you can do is dig it out and fibreglass a new one in

ok i know these pics are bad but you should be able to analyze what's going on. 1st pic=broken bolt, 2nd pic not broken, 3rd pic= taken at the end of the spoiler so you can see that the first bolt is ok and the second is broken.

Im going to use this spoile though I dont have the rest of it so i'm just asking whats possible.

How do I do that?

Without seeing the contents of your tool collection...

I would use a mini grinder, or stanley knife (Will be foam under that fiberglass skin) to cut around the damaged bolt, then get a new bolt with the same thread and length etc.

Put a fair size washer (Smaller then the square hole cut) and put in the recess you have made fill with 'Grip-fill' as bought from any desent DIY shop for a few quid... To be totally anal cut a same size square bit of plastic to 'cap' the hole made, squash down so excess glue (Grip-fill) uzzes out, scrape off excess

Job done, leave a day or two before rebolting back on car

I got an MTech 2 spoiler cheap because it was like this. I very carefully drilled a small hole in the centre of broken stud then I drilled it out to the size that I could then use a tap to thread the remains of the stud and the square piece of plate it is fixed to. (The tap I used was the same thread as the studs so that I could use the plastic nuts to attach spoiler to car.) I then cut short lengths of stud and screwed them into threaded holes using Araldite, making sure there was no oil or grease on threads. On mine I had to do this with 4 or 5 of the studs, this was around 2 years ago and it is still OK.
