There seems to be a few guys on here after parts of the MTech2 kit. Not many sellers want to split complete kits - fair play.
Now.....
How about if a few of us who want individual parts get together and buy a kit to split between us?
Example - I'm after a front valance. If someone else wants a rear bumper, another someone wants a front bumper, all we need is someone (or two) to take the complete side-pods, and somone to take the rear spoiler.

I'd be prepared to do all the donkey work in buying the kit. But I would want non-refundable deposits on the bits I don't need.

What do you reckon Dudes? Will it float?

It's just a thought - a tester - at the moment Dude. We'll see how many are interested and take it from there. :thumb:

I have a complete kit for sale, its not perfect and will need painted but theres no serious damage and the spoiler is good. Lachs silver BTW. I would split if i can get the whole kit sold if you know what i mean. I should get pics this weekend, its dark when i get home from work so I cant manage until then. Collection would be a massive advantage and the parts will be cheaper if collected.
If you guys can get something sorted out then that would be cool, i just dont want to get stuck with bits here and there.

Thanks Ritchie, will bear it in mind.
Is it a 2- or 4-door kit? (Sorry, I know you've posted a "for sale", but I can't be ar53d to look for it)

OK, it's starting to look as though this may be a possibility.
I'm waiting on a PM from another couple of 'Zoners and depending on the outcome, I might start thinking about the logistics involved.
Watch this space, but don't get too excited just yet.

When you say front bumper, do you want the valance too? What about the sill panels, do you want them or just the pods on their own?

Oh, FFS!! This is about the possibility of a group of people who only want bits of a kit buying it and splitting it - NOT someone wanting to buy a whole kit. Have you not read the thread???

I'll be PM'ing all those who've shown interest with a couple of options.

OK, quick update.
I have feelers out for 3 kits. One of them has no rear bumper, though. :( As I've said by PM, it will need us all to agree on the price of the full kit. I'm still waiting to hear from Tomson on what he's prepared to pay for the bumper, but IIRC he's had a problem recently.

Bodger is now sorted, so we need someone interested in complete sides - pods and skirts.
Ideally, we could do with one person looking for 2-door sides and another looking for 4-door/Touring sides. Obviously it would have to be on the understanding that we are only buying one kit, so unfortunately only one of these two would get what they're after.

Currently we have takers for.....
Front valance - StuBeeDoo
Front bumper - Tomson
Rear spoiler - A1BMW325iSport
Rear bumper/valance - josh-hocking

At least most of us that were interested have got sorted. :thumb:
