The E30Zone chips available from Ant are some of the best.
Not sure you'd gain much on a 320i though

i bought a chip off ebay and to be honest the car wouldnt run properly, it was shitin and fartin flatspots everywhere, 
i was told not to buy my engine mods off ebay and thinkin bout it sounds logical, so im lookin in2 buying a chip frm the zone shop because they no wot there sellin, i hope so neway,
but on the other hand i might just get it remapped, i dont no the prices exactly because they veary i think its about £300 -£ 400 pound depends on wot ur lookin 2 get out of your engine
