m-tech 2 kit?

hi i have just purchased m-tech2 side skirts and pods but unshaw on how to fit the skirts. i have some of the clips missing on the bottom but even when there on it still flops out and with the front pod on it the same? the rear quarter pods on the back are replicas and have no fittment so if you have any ideas that would help
some pics of the skirts fittings close up would help a lot!

Clip no. 20 fastens to sill, ( you need to drill 2 holes in the sill to hold each clip) then side skirt pushes onto those clips via the slits in side skirt. Hope that makes sense!
