325e?!
Moderator: martauto
I have just noticed on BMW EPC that they are listing an E30 325e, does anyone know anything about these. they list them as lhd and rhd manual and auto built between 86-87? is this an e30 eta? I also noticed that the M20 engine is exclusive to this model. cheers, james.

It's a US spec car. It is indeed and Eta, so 2.7. The yanks got some really funny specs due to their horrible emissions regulations. Check out bimmerforums.com for more info on their weird e30's! They've even got driver airbags!!!

Also sold in Europe,125 bhp 2.7 eta engine, 325i box, mega tall diff and loads of torque. Good for 40 mpg on a run and quite nice to drive.tristan325 wrote:It's a US spec car.
